Bell Housing Power Take-Off Clutches
The Mechanical PTO is a lever-actuated over-center clutch. It has a shaft and bearings mounted in a rigid iron bell housing. It is designed for both inline and sideloaded applications on internal combustion engines, which are equipped with compatible SAE industrial flywheels and flywheel housings.
Bell Housing PTOs for Single and Multiple Pad Pump Drives, hydraulically or pneumatically actuated. Complete ELITE PTO clutches are available as original equipment or as a field retrofit.
ELITE SAE Direct Power Take-off (PTO) clutches are self-contained, heavy-duty, and corrosion-resistant, designed to mount between the live auxiliary PTO pad of your engine, gearbox, or transmission, and an auxiliary attachment or pump drive.
ELITE PTO Clutches can be integrated into gearbox or drop-box applications. These clutches are used to engage drive systems either on-the-fly or in situations where pumping or work stations need periodic and intermittent activation.
