Brief introduction
ELITE slew drives are primarily used for rotating gear rings and large-diameter anti-friction slewing rings. These slewing gearboxes have proven their reliability under the harshest application conditions.

With its slew drives, ELITE offers customers a series-produced product range covering numerous application areas. They have been successfully used for many years in mobile and rough terrain cranes, port equipment, truck cranes, excavators, forestry machines, utility vehicles, and special equipment where installation space is limited.

ELITE slew drives feature a modular design and are also available with an expanded scope of delivery (including motors, couplings, and brakes). There are fifteen gearbox sizes available, ranging from HFT-L 003 to HFT-L 110. The coaxial planetary gearboxes are offered as three-stage or four-stage units, with a wide range of gear ratios from i=4 to i=1,817. The maximum output torque is 11,000 Nm.

For each application, the pinion-slewing ring tooth pairing is inspected, and the pinion’s tooth form is optimized to ensure a long service life.
